What is SeeMyData?

SeeMyData is a new service that gives you secure access to your housing information online. You can use SeeMyData to view your Rent/Leaseholder Account Statement, any Repairs you have reported plus Transfer Application details. In the future, SeeMyData will also allow you to complete Repairs Surveys and will feature many other functions giving you and Trafford Housing Trust a portal for stronger, clearer communication.

How will SeeMyData develop from here?

SeeMyData is a constantly evolving system and a wide variety of additions and improvements is either under consideration or in the process of implementation.

There are always additional functions being developed for SeeMyData in order to make it an even more comprehensive and efficient online housing service centre.

How do I use this service?

To be able to use this service you must be a Tenant/Leaseholder of Trafford Housing Trust and have access to a computer connected to the internet. You will need to register for this service. Registration and site use are free.

Security is important to us and you will only gain entry to the system if you enter all logon data correctly. You are required to enter 4 individual items of data correctly to gain entry to the system and you will only be able to see the information relating to your own tenancy/leaseholder account.

How do I register now?

The SeeMyData website is now live!

Click on the link below and follow the onscreen instructions for registering online. You will be required to submit the following details:

• Payment Reference Number

• Name & Address

• DoB

• Favourite Word

Once this information has been checked by us, we will forward your log-on details to you in your specified manner (post or email). Go to the SeeMyData website by clicking the link below and log-on using your new details.
